Flying directly to Chiang Mai from another country. Clear customs and exit through international gate.

CONNECTING FLIGHT (INTERNATIONAL):

Flying from another country via Bangkok or other Thai city. Exit through international gate even though last flight was domestic.

DIRECT FIGHT (DOMESTIC):

Already in Thailand and taking a domestic flight to Chiang Mai. Exit through domestic gate.
